PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

This document is an official public offer by Sole Proprietor Tetiana Pohrebniuk (EDRPOU 3472608129) to enter into an agreement for the creation and delivery of personalized children’s books, placed through the website https://kids-b.com (hereinafter — the “Website”).

In accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the terms of this Agreement are the same for all Customers, regardless of their legal status.

Clicking the confirmation button in the Website order form constitutes full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of this offer.

1. Parties to the Agreement

• Buyer: any legally capable individual or legal entity who has submitted an order form on the Website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to accept the order, produce a personalized book based on the form completed by the Buyer, and arrange delivery.
2.2. The Buyer undertakes to pay the price and provide all required data for personalization.

3. Order Process

3.1. Orders are placed via one of the step-by-step forms on the Website, where the Buyer fills in details such as names, character features, and contact information.
3.2. The Seller may request additional information or reject the order in case of incomplete or suspicious data.

4. Payment and Delivery

4.1. Payment is made via non-cash methods listed on the Website (LiqPay or others).
4.2. Delivery is carried out by courier or postal services according to their standard rates.
4.3. All financial and personal data is protected in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy.

5. Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties

The Seller undertakes to:
– create the book according to the submitted data;
– provide support during the order process;
– not disclose personal data to third parties without consent.

The Buyer undertakes to:
– provide accurate personalization data;
– pay for the order on time;
– accept delivery of the product.

6. Cancellation and Return Policy

6.1. Since the product has individually customized characteristics, it cannot be returned unless it has a production defect.
6.2. Any claims regarding quality must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the product.

7. Liability

The Seller is not liable for incorrect data provided by the Buyer, delivery delays caused by postal services, or payment issues beyond their control.

8. Confidentiality

By submitting data through the Website’s order form, the Buyer agrees to the processing of their data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. This Agreement becomes effective upon submission of the order.
9.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or, if necessary, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
