• Postal delivery — to your nearest post office (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta)

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We want every customer to be satisfied with their order. If for any reason you need to return an item or request a refund, please review the following:

📚 Product Returns

• Non-personalized items in good condition may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.

• Items must be unused, complete, and returned with original packaging, tags, and seals intact.

• Personalized books (with name, photo, custom text, etc.) cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

💸 Refunds

• Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 30 calendar days of receiving the return.

• If a defect is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• If the item is being returned without defect, return shipping is non-refundable.
